After the Nuggets' lopsided Game 7 win over the Clippers on Saturday, Denver punched its ticket to the second round for the sixth time in seven years.

Has interim coach David Adelman done enough to earn the head coaching job? Columnist Troy Renck thinks so: "Josh Kroenke must make Adelman the next head coach the day after the season ends. It is known inside the building that the brass want to hire him. Now, they have their reason."
