About the Project:

The site at 2500 Wilson Blvd. is being reimagined as part of a new residential and retail development. While the space currently includes an inaccessible elevated plaza and a piece of public artwork, the proposed design will transform this area into a vibrant, welcoming public space at street level.

What’s in the Draft Design:

• Approximately 6,700 square feet of accessible, street-level public space

• A mix of seating areas, pathways, and gathering spaces

• Native landscaping and sustainable materials that support a connection to nature

The vision is to create a place where people can relax, meet up with neighbors, and enjoy the outdoors—whether you’re grabbing coffee, walking through, or simply taking a break.
