This 3-hour virtual seminar focuses on how to navigate evolving EEO issues throughout the employment lifecycle in the 2025 workplace.  Topics include:

• Navigating the hiring process, including job postings, providing accommodations to applicants, questions asked during the interview, and the hiring decision. 
  
• Navigating performance management and employee discipline, including best practices for responding to harassment claims, providing accommodations for disabilities, religion, and pregnancy, addressing performance issues while mitigating risks of discrimination claims, and creating a culture of accountability and transparency within your workforce.
• Legal considerations and best practices during employee separation to minimize liability for discrimination claims, including steps to be taken prior to reaching the termination decision such as proper documentation and consistent application of policies and procedures, complying with the ADA when reassignment is possible, and complying with the ADEA during a reduction in force (RIF).
  
  Learn from EEO experts as they use real world examples to provide the most up-to-date information about evolving workplace issues that employers and employment practitioners need to know.
