Canada’s wine regions host more than a million visitors annually, but in recent years a trend is emerging: the number of non-drinkers is on the rise. Statistics show that Canadians are increasingly foregoing alcohol, which means that hot spots such as the Okanagan are pivoting to a new, less-boozy approach to tourism.
