EU4Digital’s recently launched EU4Digital Academy ‘Cybersecurity’ course is now available in local languages for citizens and businesses in Azerbaijan, Moldova and Armenia. Also, innovation clusters from across the Eastern Partnership region - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine - have the opportunity to join in an online ‘matchmaking’ session with EU counterparts. EU4Digital invites EaP clusters to ‘Clusters Meet Regions’ matchmaking event

The EU4Digital Facility invites cluster organisations from Eastern partner countries to attend the ‘Clusters Meet Regions’ event on 1–2 July 2025 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Organised by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), this flagship event will focus on key economic and innovation sectors and bring together cluster managers, policymakers, business support organisations and innovation actors to exchange knowledge and explore new partnerships.

New Armenian, Romanian and Azerbaijani language ‘Cybersecurity’ course available

Armenian, Moldovan and Azerbaijani citizens and SMEs can now take EU4Digital Academy’s ‘Cybersecurity’ course in local languages, free of charge. These versions of our online training translated into Armenian, Romanian and Azerbaijani are suitable for non-experts, take around 5 hours to complete at your own pace, and show you how to secure your personal and professional digital life.

Grow your skills with EU4Digital Academy!

EU4Digital Academy provides online training on the most relevant topics for Eastern partner countries, in collaboration with some of the best eLearning providers and platforms. Almost 6000 learners already enrolled in the ‘Digital Marketing Essentials’ and ‘eCommerce in EU Marketplaces’ courses, with around 1000 trainees gaining an EU–aligned ‘badge’ to show course completion on their CV and social media. Eastern partner stakeholders highlight national results of EU4Digital DESI Accelerator

Representatives of national statistics offices, regulatory and policymaking bodies from EU and the Eastern Partnership joined the ‘EU4Digital DESI Accelerator Closing Event’. With a focus on outcomes for Eastern partner countries, they reflected on the challenges, progress and results of implementing the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) during three years of targeted EU4Digital DESI Accelerator support.

EU4Digital facilitates Invest Moldova Agency ‘roadshow’ and strategy development

EU4Digital’s recently launched ‘Investment Attractiveness’ activity is supporting priorities identified by the Invest Moldova Agency (IMA) in its aim to attract foreign investors. This includes a second IMA ‘roadshow’, which established stronger connections with counterparts in Lithuania and showcased Moldova’s investment opportunities and collaboration capabilities.
EU4Digital also facilitated a second IMA 2025-2030 strategy co-creation workshop. This session reaffirmed the commitment to a transparent, inclusive and results-driven process in identifying target markets, initiatives and indicators regarding Moldova’s export promotion and investment attraction.
