New to the fitness center or just need a refresher? Join us on Fri., July 18 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. to learn how to safely and confidently use the equipment. Sign up at the front desk or email Fitness Program Manager, Michelle Atkin.
Free Muscle Conditioning Class
Get your heart rate up with Muscle Conditioning, an outdoor bodyweight workout for adults on Tuesdays from 9:15-10 a.m. Bring your own mat or towel; hand weights are optional. Sign up here.
Muscle Blast for Community Center Fitness Members
Get your heart rate up with a full-body strength workout with dumbbells and bands in this indoor class for adults on Fridays from 12:15-1 p.m. Only $6 for adults; $4 for ages 55+ (with a community center fitness membership). Drop in.
Free Beginners Latin Dance
Teens and adults come learn the basics of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Bachata every Thursday from 4-5:30 p.m. No experience needed, just bring your energy and get ready to move! Learn more and register.

Summer Teen Nights are Back!
School's out and Summer 2025 Teen Nights are just getting started! Come hang out, meet new friends, and enjoy music, games, food and more! The next event is on Sat., July 12 from 7-10 p.m. at Arlington Mill Community Center.

NaturePlay is for rising 2nd through 5th grades. Campers will play games, do art projects, and explore the outdoors with a naturalist at Madison Community Center. Click here to sign up.

Our fee reduction program helps Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day! Access for All. Whether you have a short-term set back or something longer term, we're here to help.
Additionally, all Parks & Recreation programs, classes and camps can put modifications in place to promote an enjoyable and successful program experience for participants of all abilities. Advance notice is welcome. Call 703-228-4740 or email trinfo@arlingtonva.us.
Stop by our office at Lubber Run Community Center on select Saturdays to get help with registration, create an account, get login information, renew or apply for fee reductions, drop off registration forms, set up payment plans and more. The DPR Administrative Services Office at Lubber Run Community Center also has extended after hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 –7 p.m. for in-person assistance.
