Dear supporters of the Smith Fellows program,

First and foremost, thank you once again for all you have done—and continue to do—for the Fellows and for the process of selecting and supporting them. Together, we have built an equitable, transparent, and successful selection process, along with a highly effective mentorship model for early-career professionals. While we’re always open to feedback and improvement, I’m truly proud of what we have collaboratively accomplished, and I know the Fellows deeply appreciate your efforts, as do we as program staff.

It’s time once again to share the Fellowship application (apologies if you’ve already seen an announcement). Please help us ensure broad participation by distributing this RFP widely—to colleagues, prospective applicants, and anyone else who may be interested.
