Marco Rubio, Secretary of State Canada DayOn behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the Canadian people as they celebrate the 158th anniversary of their confederation. Throughout our history we have accomplished much in our pursuits of shared prosperity and mutual security. As we look to the future, may the people of Canada and the United States remain firm in our shared commitments. I wish our Canadian neighbors a happy Canada Day.
