What does Jedsy AG do?
Jedsy AG is developing a unique drone for the safe and fast transport of medical goods – especially laboratory samples and medicines. Its special feature is that it docks vertically directly onto a building – for example, a laboratory window – eliminating the need for a landing pad. This allows sensitive deliveries to be made more efficiently, cost-effectively, safely and fully automatically.
The product has already been launched on the market. Active customers include leading healthcare players such as the Dr. Risch laboratory chain, the pharmaceutical company Roche AG, the Asklepios clinics and the Limbach Group laboratory network. The performance is impressive: in Berlin-Grunewald, a test route was completed in 7 minutes instead of 44. By the end of 2025, 100 active routes and 50 drones are planned, with a turnover of EUR 3.7 million (a 20-fold increase on the previous year).
