We're all working extra hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as we can. To help speed things along, we wanted to let you know how the shipping process works during these extra busy times.
Orders are shipped in the order they were received. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. You can also visit ToppedToys.com/tracking to check the status on your order. That page will update as your package moves.
If you email us about your order, it will automatically be removed from the queue and placed on hold until we have a chance to read your email, delaying your shipment. This is an automatic process so even if you email us to ask if your order has shipped, it will be delayed until we can read the email and remove the hold.
Please double check your shipping details in your confirmation email to be sure that we have the correct address. Once an order has shipped we won't be able to edit the address. If you see an error please immediately email us at TheBoys@ToppedToys.com from the same email address you used to place your order.
