Three more auctions still to come across July and August
Over £70m sold in our summer auctions so far
Three more auctions still to come across July and August
Our latest auction yesterday brings our total raised from our summer sales to more than £70m, and with three auctions still to come across July and August it promises to be a busy couple of months.
The sale was characterised by a return to form for commercial sales, with notable highlights including a city centre shopping centre investment in Bangor (Lot 96A) which sold for £2,755,000 under the hammer and a retail and office investment in Didcot, Oxfordshire (Lot 90) achieved £1,503,000 on the day. Bidding on residential property remained cautious but did see strong competition on well priced stock, exampled by a detached property arranged as 15 self contained one bedroom flats (Lot 11) which sold for £1,820,000, more than double it's guide price.
A selection of highlighted lots can be viewed below and the full results of the sale can be found here.
