Hi Adam,

When I was in college, I was lucky enough to live just five minutes from a grocery store—and I took full advantage of it.

Found a recipe I liked? Grabbed my keys and shopping bag and off I went.
Craving cereal but out of milk? Craving satisfied in 10 minutes.
Out of green onions for a garnish? No problem. Back to the store.

It was convenient, flexible, and honestly... kind of fun.

But not everyone has that kind of access or time. And once I graduated and moved further away, I had to learn how to actually meal plan—to limit my grocery trips to once a week and still feed myself well.

That meant planning ahead to make sure I had everything I needed—but not so much that food went to waste.

And even without kidney disease, that was hard.

Add CKD to the mix?
The complexity increases exponentially.

Because putting food on the table is hard enough.
Now you’re juggling:

  • Protein, potassium, phosphorus, sodium
  • Packed schedules (who really has time to cook 3x a day?)
  • Family preferences
  • And life’s curveballs—especially if kids are involved

And while yes, you can search for recipes, download free meal plans, or read about kidney nutrition… translating knowledge into a real-life action plan can still feel like a struggle.

That’s why we created the Meal Planning Jumpstart for Kidney Health—a 4-part class series designed to help you go from overwhelmed and confused… to confident and clear about what to eat.

The first class in the series is totally free, and it lays the groundwork for everything that follows.

In this live class, we’ll help you:

✔️ Create your personalized Meal Planning Profile

✔️ Outline a flexible weekly meal structure that fits your real life
✔️ Understand how to align your nutrition needs with your meals

✔️ Receive sample kidney-friendly recipes tailored to different protein needs

We’re keeping this class live (with multiple session times) because we know walking through this process will bring up questions—and we want you to get answers in real time.

The following classes in the series will dive into practical strategies for planning specific meals—breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks—based on the foundation you build in this free session.

But for now, it all starts here.
