This 3-hour virtual training will teach you how to respond to accommodation requests involving religion, disability and pregnancy in compliance with federal EEO laws. Get the tools to confidently engage in the interactive process, determine undue hardship, as well as recognize and prevent retaliation.
This webinar will be led by EEOC San Francisco District Director Chris Green and his predecessor Nancy Sienko, who observes, "Together we've got decades of experience enforcing these laws AND training EEOC investigators on them."
