As bakers, our year is shaped by the cyclical rhythm of the land. The changing seasons inspire and dictate the spread of our Baker’s Table, with nature directing what comes when.

Summer brings with it a bounty of brightly coloured produce. Vibrant red ripe tomatoes and sweet, juicy strawberries. Tart pink raspberries. A myriad of greens with courgettes, beans and lettuce leaves of all varieties. A time to taste the sunshine and revel in the rainbow that heralds British summertime.
