Appeals Court Allows DOGE Access to Sensitive Data at Several Agencies

The decision, which overruled a lower court’s ruling, cited a Supreme Court order in June granting the Department of Government Efficiency’s analysts sweeping access to other data stored at the Social Security Administration.
