When Paige Adams-Geller launched PAIGE, she wasn’t just designing jeans—she was creating a brand rooted in confidence, creativity, and authenticity.
As Co-founder and Creative Director of a storied brand, Paige brings her signature mix of edge and elegance to every collection (including this fall’s must-have denim drops). But behind the scenes, her secret to staying grounded is all about intention, movement, and keeping her circle full of positive energy. As we get excited to update our fall wardrobes, Paige sat down with The Newsette to share how she sets the tone for her day, the fall rituals that spark her creativity, and the outfit formula that always makes her feel like that girl.
You’ve built a brand that’s both fashion-forward and authentic. How do you stay grounded and inspired as an entrepreneur?
In times of chaos or uncertainty, I stay grounded by surrounding myself with positive people and moments to look forward to. I thrive on challenges, from expanding into new categories to exploring retail opportunities around the world. Travel and music push me out of my comfort zone and help me see the world in a new light. I’m also inspired by the fresh perspectives of younger generations, which keep me evolving and open-minded.
What does the first hour of your day look like?
My morning routine is what keeps me grounded and sets me up for success. I start the day with movement, whether it’s a hike in nature or a kettlebell and treadmill session. Then, I light a candle and set my intentions for the day. When time permits, I journal before enjoying my morning coffee with my pups. I always focus on surrounding myself with positive people and steering clear of negative energy.
Fall can feel like a fresh start. What goals or rituals do you lean into this time of year?
Fall has always been my favorite season to design at PAIGE. It’s our largest collection of the year, and something about the fall season makes me energized and inspired to design.
Personally, I always start the season with a deep clean of my closet to make room for my new favorite fall wardrobe pieces. Around the house, I usually set the mood with autumn-scented candles and room sprays to get ready for the holiday season. I try to start my Christmas and Hanukkah shopping early and get ready to go with all my ribbons and wrapping paper. I really enjoy decorating and wrapping; it’s definitely the designer in me.
Speaking of fall, how do you personally approach transitioning your wardrobe from summer to fall?
To transition my wardrobe from summer to fall, I swap out my closets, replacing sleeveless dresses with my favorite layering pieces, light sweaters, suede jackets, boots, and handbags. I’m a sucker for suede, and living in Southern California means I can enjoy them for months. And of course, I always mix in my favorite denim fits and washes.
Denim is a year-round staple, but fall feels like its moment. What PAIGE pieces do you think are must-haves for this time of year?
My go-to denim fits for fall are the Leenah, the Sasha, and the Laurel Canyon, which happens to be the very first jean I ever designed! I love stepping into the season with longer inseams, so I can pair them with my higher-heeled boots and shoes. It’s an effortless way to elevate denim and go from day to night.
This season at PAIGE, we’re thrilled to introduce some new styles we can’t wait for you to try. We’re debuting the Stevie, a high-rise straight leg that channels that cool-girl, city-chic energy.
Do you have a favorite fall outfit combo that always makes you feel confident and polished?
My go-to fall outfit is a vest worn as a top, paired with a blazer and my Leenah jeans. It’s the perfect combo for transitioning from day to night. For a more laid-back look, I’ll throw on sneakers or boots, and when I want to dress it up for the evening, I’ll add heels and some statement jewelry.
