Any idea why Groq is still focused on raising from VCs rather than attempting to go public, at $500MM in revenues, at Nvidia's P/S ratio that is > $10B market cap ... It never seems to get mentioned with Groq that they might be a candidate for an IPO at some point. Is there any other issue there?

A lot of the debt guys are going to get hurt. They are not used to a market moving this quickly and ASPs can collapse quite rapidly. Some of the biggest purchasers are not credit worthy although it may seem like they are.
