Most builders I know fall into one of two traps:
  1. shiny object syndrome: you're always chasing the next “big thing” and never stick with anything long enough to see results.
  2. analysis paralysis: you’re stuck in your head, waiting for the perfect idea to fall from the sky.

What if your first idea doesn’t need to be great?
