Hello team,
Hope your day is kicking off well. With the lovely weather setting in, I've been diving into grilling more frequently. Wanted to share my top picks of steak cuts and grilling methods. Recently mastered the reverse sear for ribeyes, achieving a great sear with a tender center.
Looking forward to hearing about your steak choices and grilling tricks. Whether you're a grilling veteran or beginner, your advice is valued!
Best,
Emma

Hey Emma and all,
Thanks for sharing! Emma, reverse sear sounds perfect. I lean towards sirloin steaks, as they hit a great spot in terms of taste and leanness.
As for seasoning, I stick to salt, black pepper, and a hint of garlic. Allowing steaks to rest at room temperature improves even cooking. Grill marks come easily by beginning with high heat, then reducing for the desired finish.
Any thoughts on enhancing smoky taste or other flavors?
Cheers,
Lucas

Good morning Lucas, Emma, and everyone,
Love your techniques. Me, I lean towards filet mignon for its softness. A compound butter mix adds extra flavor. My usual seasoning is sea salt and pepper.
Always pulling steaks from grill to let rest for about five minutes keeps them juicy. For smoky aroma, using soaked wood chips works wonders.
Looking for more genius tips!
Best,
Mia
