PRC Plan and Minor Modifications

On September 9, 2025, The Board of Supervisors (Board) adopted a Resolution authorizing advertisement of public hearings before the Planning Commission and Board to consider a Zoning Ordinance amendment related to examining existing standards for when a PRC Plan is not required and make changes to minor modifications for recreational facilities.
