September 26: Emergency Planning Workshop for Caregivers
Arlington DHS' Aging and Disability Services and Parks and Recreation's 55+ Programs presents a practical session to help caregivers prepare for emergencies—being ready can make all the difference. You'll learn:
- Strategies for responding to natural disasters or local emergencies,
- Create personalized emergency kits and evacuation plans
- Resources to support caregiving under pressure
- Q&A and connection with fellow caregivers
