Vimeo sale: Vimeo, the two-decade-old video hosting site that’s lived in the shadow of larger rival YouTube, agreed to a $1.4 billion all-cash takeover by European mobile app developer Bending Spoons.

Robotaxi launches: Lyft began offering autonomous rides in Atlanta, while Amazon’s autonomous driving unit Zoox opened service to the public in Las Vegas.

Jaguar hack: Jaguar said some data has been compromised after the British carmaker was hit by a cyberattack that’s derailed production and sales. It declined to comment on the nature of the data and whether customer information was affected.

Nebius raised about $3.75 billion in convertible notes and equity to help it expand in the wake of a major deal to provide artificial intelligence infrastructure to Microsoft announced this week.
