Property owners may renew existing Stormwater Utility (SWU) credits or apply for new credits by October 1 for the 2026 billing cycle.

Credits Expiring December 31, 2025

• Annual Non-Structural Credits 
  • No Fertilizer Pledge
  • TLC Program Participation: Litters & Debris Cleanup, Storm Drain Marking and Monitoring, and Invasive Removal from RPA

• Structural Credits (Stormwater Management Facilities or BMPs) submitted in 2022 and 2023
  • These three-year credits may be expiring if you applied in 2022 and 2023.
  • A separate email was sent out to those with expiring structural credit

What's Not Expiring This Year

Multi-year credits that were received in 2024 and after have not expired. Property owners may reapply for those credits when they expire in upcoming years.
