1115 Waiver Demonstration - Montana Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership (HELP) Demonstration

On September 3, 2025, Montana submitted a request for a new five-year demonstration to require working-age, able-bodied adults enrolled in Medicaid to pay premiums and either work, pursue job training or education, or engage in community service activities that enhance their employability. The federal public comment period will be open from September 18, 2025 through October 18, 2025.
