As the new school year begins, I extend my best wishes to all students, families, and staff for a safe and successful academic year. The safety of our school zones and crossings remains a top priority for this station, and we will continue to dedicate resources to ensure these areas are secure for our community’s children.

Traffic enforcement also remains a central focus in our district. Our officers continue to raise awareness, monitor traffic data, and enforce violations. The Road Shark traffic initiative, which concludes in October, has significantly increased visibility and awareness regarding aggressive driving behaviors through enhanced enforcement efforts.

In August, we concluded our summer crime initiative. This initiative was highly successful, resulting in increased patrol presence, targeted enforcement, and a continued reduction in crime throughout our district.
