Each October, during National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we celebrate the value and talent workers with disabilities bring to America’s workplaces and economy. This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent” underscores the commitment to ensuring that individuals with disabilities have access to meaningful employment opportunities, not just in October, but every month of the year.
Join us in recognizing and supporting the contributions of workers with disabilities. Let’s work together to create inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Get ready for another year of friendship and unforgettable experiences with our Teen (12-17) and Adult (18+) Social Clubs. From Friendsgiving and seasonal dances to e-sports tournaments, adapted sports, and monthly socials, last year was packed with excitement.
Social Club membership is $60 for the season and gives members access to a monthly social on the first Friday of each month, featuring unique program offerings. Members can also register for special events held on the third Friday of each month. Please note that special events may have an additional registration fee; dates and times may vary depending on the activity.
Returning members from the 2024–2025 season can renew their membership by calling our registration office at 703-228-4747. New to the club? We’d love to have you! Please contact Alexis Shott at TRInfo@arlingtonva.us to complete a new member intake before registering.
