Ireland’s biggest housebuilder Cairn Homes has offered members of Clontarf Golf & Bowling Club a package worth €75 million to relocate the club to a Paul McGinley-designed course in Kinsealy, north Dublin. Ciarán Hancock has the story. Households and businesses are being urged to prepare
