Hello, it's Friday and that means all of this week's faves!

I know you've been exactly where I found myself: Staring inside the fridge wondering, "What's for dinner?"

Lucky for me, last weekend I picked up a Costco rotisserie chicken, picked off all the meat, then used the carcass to make chicken broth that was now staring me straight in the face.

So I scraped through the veggie drawer, and what do you know? I had everything I needed to make my fast and easy chicken noodle soup (with the addition of a lonely potato, some leftover white rice, and frozen peas, because why not?!)

Talk about easy, comforting, and the perfect classic soup to welcome fall! You need to try it!
