On Tuesday 14 October, ABC Local Radio and ABC News will hold a live national forum, digging into the details of Australia's new social media laws and asking Australians what they think. The extensive coverage will give all Australians the chance to join a national conversation about how the laws will work, whether they’ll keep kids safer online and the implications for all social media users.
 

Led by ABC Melbourne Mornings Presenter Rafael Epstein and ABC’s National Technology Reporter Ange Lavoipierre, the forum will feature a panel of experts who will answer important questions including how the laws will work, what’s technically possible and how social media sites will be regulated.
