1 week of properly tracking your food can change your life.
It did for me.
Figuring out how much you're eating is big. But the repetitive action toward your goal is the real magic.
After coaching people for 8 years, I see it over and over.
Consistent daily effort on the things that matter most.
Think about it:
Finances: Make a budget, then review and adjust your spending.
Relationships: Find your person. Then give them a big hug every day.
Hobbies: I recently got into coffee. Day 1, I was awkwardly fumbling with the espresso machine. But since I’ve practiced every morning, I’m practically a barista now.
If I’d thrown in the towel after that first watery cappuccino, I’d still be there. Forcing myself to do a little better every day was the unlock.
Same machine. Same beans.
Daily effort makes the difference.
