£61m sold in 21 & 22 October auction | | | | | | |

Our latest auction which took place across Tuesday and Wednesday this week sold over £61m, bringing our total raised in 2025 so far to more than £750m. View the full results of the sale here.
Highlights of the sale included two mixed use investments located in the heart of Notting Hill (Lot 109 & Lot 110) sold prior to the auction both in excess of their £2m guides. Elsewhere, in Fitzrovia a mixed use investment comprising of a restaurant and flats above (Lot 106
) achieved £1,696,000 on the fall of the hammer. On the residential side a two bedroom, four storey mews house in Belgravia (Lot 31) sold for £1.7m and a site of two large detached houses in East Dulwich (Lot 24) achieved £2,610,000.
