Now recruiting: Assessors from the East of England with expertise in Advanced Connectivity Technologies
Innovate UK is expanding their Assessor pool to include a broader, more diverse range of technical commercial experts from across the UK. They have now opened the first phase of Assessor recruitment, which will focus on Advanced Connectivity Technologies (ACT), also known as Future Telecoms.
The East of England has a significant concentration of telecommunications businesses, largely driven by the major tech hub in Cambridge and BT's global research and development headquarters at Adastral Park. If you are involved in telecommunications, or any other area of advanced connectivity and are interested in helping evaluate funding applications that could define the next decade of connectivity, apply now!
Innovate UK are looking for Expert Assessors with lived, applied or professional expertise in ACT. Future recruitment rounds will focus on other areas; you can register your interest if you have expertise in a different sector. Innovate UK is building a community that reflects the diversity of the UK, because innovation is stronger when it includes everyone.

Driving Scale and Innovation in the East of England
The East of England has emerged as a hub for high-growth enterprises, with 175 companies receiving Innovate UK grants in the past year.
The Innovate UK Scaleup Programme is designed to assist high growth businesses who are looking to scale up. It offers fully funded, one-to-one director led bespoke support. This includes access to a Scaleup Director, who collaborates with companies to identify and address key scaling challenges, such as market access, talent acquisition, and capital raising. Applications are now open for innovative UK companies in the semiconductor sector to join this Global Business Innovation Programme in Singapore. The programme includes preparation workshops, a five-day innovation visit, and follow-up support to help you build international collaborations and grow your business. Funded by the UK Government and delivered by Innovate UK, this initiative supports companies to explore partnerships, access new markets, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving global industry.

Global Business Innovation Programme - Women in Innovation in Health-Tech, India
The programme will provide a unique opportunity to find partners and identify opportunities for technology and innovation collaboration.
