Uber is partnering with Nvidia to deploy 100,000 SAE Level 4-capable autonomous vehicles, including taxis and delivery vehicles, using Nvidia's Drive AGX Hyperion 10 platform. Stellantis will manufacture an unspecified portion of these vehicles, starting with 5,000 in 2028. Lucid is also incorporating Hyperion into its vehicles for driverless operation, and Nvidia's automotive sector, though currently small, is expected to grow with the rise of autonomous technology.

Initially available on the 2026 JeepĀ® Grand Cherokee (WL), it was engineered from scratch and surpasses its predecessor in output and efficiency, offering a 10% reduction in fuel consumption and 20% more power.
