Hi there,

You may have noticed a few recent changes: our new 'MPS' production system, Travel Merino, and more Labs releases. I’ve spoken with many of you through email and video shopalongs, and one question keeps coming up: where is Ministry of Supply headed?
I often think of MoS in three phases, each building on the last:

Phase 1 (Founding–2019):
Performance Professional
Our early days were about creating a new category. In a world of cotton shirting and wool suits, we built an alternative powered by performance materials, solving for dry cleaning, ironing, sweat stains, and restriction. Apollo, Kinetic, Aero, and Velocity were all born here.

Phase 2 (2020–2024):
Workleisure
Catalyzed by the pandemic, we shifted toward hybrid work. Joggers, overshirts, and relaxed styles became central to our product line.

Phase 3 (2025+):
Business-Class Comfort
As the places-of-work became more fluid, our gear naturally became the go-to for travel, especially minimalist, one-bag flyers. It’s where our products shine: from airport trains to terminals, comfortable for the redeye yet sharp for the lounge. Sink washable for spills, wrinkle-resistant, and always ready for what’s next. You never know who you’ll meet.

Our roadmap: Everything in one bag:
