October's Orbit of Excellence: Respect!

What better way to celebrate excellence than with a delicious breakfast? Our administrative team flipped into action this month, whipping up a celebratory stack of pancakes for our outstanding October Orbit of Excellence Award Winners!
These students were selected by their teachers for consistently demonstrating the character trait of Respect. They were invited to a special morning celebration where they enjoyed pancakes, celebrated their achievement, and received their well-deserved certificates.
We are incredibly proud of our Rockets for showing such exemplary character! Keep soaring high!

PTA Updates
Our students had a blast at Friday’s Interstellar Fun Run! Donation pages will remain open through Friday, 11/21. We will then announce the grade that won the pizza party, and our final donation total. If you don’t have a fun run page set up for your student, donations can still be made here. Thank you for your support!
The next PTA meeting is this Wednesday, November 19th @ 6:30 pm in person and online. For those attending in person, a 6:00 pm meet and greet will take place in advance of the meeting. Zoom registration link is here.
To assist RHES families in need, the PTA is collecting grocery store gift cards. You can drop off gift cards of any amount (for local grocery stores) to the front office. We thank you for your generosity!
Annual Interstellar Fun Run!

What a magnificent day for a run! The RHES Annual Internsellar Fun Run, our largest fundraiser of the year, was a monumental success thanks to the incredible support of our community.
Our students had a blast running laps in the beautiful weather, all while raising essential funds for our school! This massive undertaking truly showcased the power of collaboration.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsor, the awesome RHES PTA, for their unwavering dedication. This event simply could not happen without the exceptional leadership provided by Assistant Principal Ms. Roehm, the entire PTA Board, and our dedicated team of parent volunteers.
Thank you to everyone who participated, sponsored, and cheered our students on! Your commitment makes a world of difference at RHES.
Sweet Success in Ms. Rieger's 5th Grade!

Ms. Rieger’s 5th-grade class has set the bar high and soared to success!
We're thrilled to share that they met their stars goal for the month of October by consistently following the Rocket Expectations! As a well-deserved reward, the class celebrated their achievement with a fantastic ice cream bar!
How it Works
At the start of every month, each classroom at Rose Hill sets a specific goal for the number of stars they aim to earn. These stars are given out by all Rose Hill team members to acknowledge students for demonstrating positive behavior and meeting our school-wide "Rocket Expectations." Keep an eye out—our administrators carry the special gold stars!
A key part of the process is that when the students set their stars goal, they also choose their class reward. This helps them know exactly what they are working toward.
We are incredibly proud of Ms. Rieger's students for their hard work, excellent behavior, and for achieving their goal. Way to go, 5th grade!
Harvest Luncheon: A Wonderful Feast!

What a truly memorable Annual Harvest Luncheon we had last week! It was a joy to see so many of our students share a special meal with their families.
We are thrilled to announce that we hosted over 600 parents and family members who took time out of their busy day to attend this cherished annual tradition. The cafeteria was buzzing with warmth, conversation, and delicious food.
Our students look forward to this event all year, and their excitement was truly palpable! We are incredibly grateful to all the families who participated and helped make the day such a huge success. Thank you for your continued support of our community and your children's school experience.
