Our final auction of the year is less than one week away and will be taking place on Tuesday 9 & Wednesday 10 December, featuring over 340 lots including a variety of residential, commercial and development properties. The coming days present a great opportunity to view any lots you may be interested in together with registering to bid. The full catalogue can be found here.

Lots 1 - 200 will be offered from 9am on Tuesday 9 December.

Lots 201 onwards will be offered from 9am on Wednesday 10 December.

If you are intending to bid, you need to have registered on our website by 5pm on Monday 8 December. This is to give us time to let you know if we need any further details or to approve you to bid, which will be confirmed by email.

If you were approved for bidding in any of our previous auctions, this time you simply need to add the lots you are planning to bid on without waiting for our team to approve. If you need any help please email bidding@savills.com.
