I opened an old Fusion file this week and immediately went:

“Sigh. This is trash.”

Sketches all over the place.
Floating bodies.
Timeline looked like I sneezed and hit the keyboard.

But you know what?
That messy file worked — back then.
It got me to the idea. Helped me figure stuff out.
And that is the point.

We think “pro-level” CAD means clean timelines and perfect parametric setups from the jump.

Nope.

The real pros?
They build a rough, messy models first — fast and loose.
They explore, test, break things.

Then—once they’re confident—
they rebuild a clean, dialed-in version that’s easy to edit or hand off.

Messy → Clarity → Clean model.
That’s the actual workflow.

So if your timeline looks like a raccoon got into it?
Good.

It means you’re creating something new and pushing yourself.
