NYITCOM at Arkansas State uses AI to cut paperwork for physicians
The New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine at Arkansas State University has adopted an ambient artificial intelligence system that can streamline documentation. "This is going to help patient care, it's going to help doctor efficiency, and it's going to help patient outcomes when used appropriately," said Shane Speights, DO, dean of the college.

Harvard Kennedy School honors Cherokee partnership
The Harvard Kennedy School's Project on Indigenous Governance and Development has recognized the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation. The school, the first tribally affiliated medical school in the US, was one of six finalists for the Honoring Nations Awards and was one of three High Honors recipients.
