The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division is pleased to announce two important updates designed to improve compliance and streamline reporting under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA): 

Online Fillable WH-347 Form 

We have released a new web-based, fillable version of the WH-347 Certified Payroll Form. This online form is designed to simplify the preparation of certified payroll reports by allowing users to enter required information directly into a modern, user-friendly interface. The updated format helps reduce common reporting errors and ensures that contractors and subcontractors can efficiently submit accurate weekly payroll records. 

New WH-347 Form Annotated Guide

To further support compliance, the Department is also providing a newly developed annotated WH-347 Form to complement the already available written instructions. This resource includes clear, visual guidance showing where each required data element must be recorded. It is intended to assist contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and compliance professionals in understanding the form’s layout and the purpose of each field. 

Both resources are now available on the Department of Labor’s website and may be used immediately. 

We encourage all stakeholders to review and begin utilizing these enhanced tools. They are designed to improve accuracy, reduce administrative burden, and promote consistent reporting practices across DBRA-covered projects.
