We would like to inform you that a security vulnerability was identified and resolved in one of the components of our system. It was discovered thanks to a report submitted by an independent security specialist.

Immediately after receiving this information, we conducted a detailed analysis and implemented appropriate corrective actions to strengthen the protection of our customers’ data. At this stage, we have no information or evidence indicating any unauthorized access to or use of the data.

To ensure the highest level of security and in line with applicable standards, we recommend that you proactively change the password to your account. This is a standard procedure used in similar situations.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, we have informed the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and conducted an additional audit of our security systems. We have also implemented further safeguards to enhance data protection and reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.
