and the consignment is still left in the storage house till today through a registered shipping Company, Courier Dispatch Service Limited a division of
Tran guard LTD. The Consignment are two metal boxes with weight of 35kg
each (Internal dimension: W61 x H156 x D73 (cm).Effective capacity: 680
L.)Approximately, The details of the consignment including your name tagged
on the Metal Trunk box.

From my findings, the consignee abandoned it and ran away because he gave a false declaration, and was unable to pay for the charges, he could not secure a valid non inspection document and other documents. The content was not properly declared by the consignee as money; rather , it was declared as a personal effect to avoid diversion by the shipping agent. According to section 229 subsections 31 of the 1991 constitution on release of unclaimed consignment payment, your consignment lacks ownership certificate, clearance certificate and Anti terrorist certificate.
