Dear Colleagues, Students, and Friends,

Most “stuck cases” aren’t stuck because you don’t know enough biochemistry.

They’re stuck because the patient’s control systems won’t allow healing to proceed.

Here’s the simplest way I teach FM 2.0:

How to use this today (clinically):

When a patient isn’t improving, don’t just add more protocols—ask:

Which pillar is blocking progress?

Start with State/ANS + Circadian Timing (sleep, stress physiology, light timing) before escalating interventions.

Use Mitochondria/CDR + Redox + Neuroimmune regulation to guide sequencing and tolerance.

Save this graphic.

It’s a quick “stuck-case checkpoint” you can return to anytime progress stalls.

Over the next few emails, I’ll walk through each pillar with the 1–2 questions that identify what to address first.

Sincerely,

Ron Grisanti, D.C., D.A.B.C.O., D.A.C.B.N., M.S., DIANM, CFMP
