Last week gave “emotional recalibration with a side of surprising stability”. You might have cried into your tea, reorganized your drawer, and then casually made a decision that would’ve taken you three weeks to spiral over last year. (I took a break from Instagram without so much as one look back!) Contrary to popular “wisdom”, the feelings didn’t stop the clarity, they made it.
