Late-week storm potential diminishes, but a weekend system could deliver snow

Milder temperatures are moving in through the middle of the week. All the while, our upper-level pattern is priming for a developing storm, that appears to avoid us all together.

Sunshine will give way to a few afternoon clouds, but we’ll still rise into the low and mid-40s Tuesday afternoon. More clouds are on tap for Wednesday, but we’ll still sneak in a few rays of sun. Highs soar to near 50 degrees in a steady southwest breeze. There could even be a passing shower.

Meeting amid Medford's controversial switch in ambulance service providers

A switch in Medford’s ambulance services is sparking backlash from the community, and Tuesday could be the last chance for residents to voice their concerns before the new services take effect.

Tuesday night’s meeting follows a council meeting last week where things got heated.
