The Republican-led House Oversight Committee will seek to hold former President Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress after he did not appear for a deposition as part of the panel's probe into the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The former president and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who was scheduled to be deposed tomorrow, said in a letter to committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., that they do not plan to attend the scheduled depositions.
