Our New Experimental Coffee Collection
We’re starting the new year with an experimental coffee collection shaped by curiosity and respect for craft beer brewing.
This collection comprises four lots of the same coffee variety, grown on the same farm and processed under identical conditions. Each lot was inoculated with a different brewer’s yeast strain during fermentation, including Belgian Ale, London Ale, and Kveik Voss, to explore how each uniquely shapes flavour, structure, and aromatics.
The result is a clear, side-by-side journey into fermentation’s role in cup profile, offering a fascinating and unique exploration of how beer yeast transforms coffee.
