This is an update on card delivery timelines due to operational constraints during the Lunar New Year holiday period.
All card orders placed from February 9 to February 20
- Delay: T+2 business days
- Local delivery: 7–8 business days → 9–10 business days
- International delivery: 12–14 business days → 14–16 business days
Card orders placed on February 13 will be processed under the February 16 to February 20 shipment schedule.
Important note: We will not be able to accommodate expedited shipment requests for any card orders placed from February 16 to February 23.
No action is required from your side. These delivery adjustments are due to holiday-related logistics constraints, and standard timelines will resume after the holiday period.
