Please find attached to this email the Series A deck which outlines the plans and progress so far for Kabuni. Their funding round is officially now open.
The structure allows investors to invest now at £25m pre-money discounted valuation against the £35m pre-money valuation that is being pegged in this round for the first £1m only and benefit from EIS relief.
Black Castle Capital Partners are leading the round and as I write this email we are already £350,000 of commitments as of yesterday.
There are other commitments on the higher valuation from strategic investors and Family offices.
