Have you ever noticed how the night brings forward the thoughts of the day,
the thoughts of what quietly sits within?
When thoughts, feelings, or circumstances begin looping in the mind and body,
there is a simple way to bring everything to a pause, through the breath.
Let’s do it together right now…
Close your eyes.
Breathe in slowly through the nose.
When the breath is full, release it gently through the mouth.
Slow. Calm. Soft.
Do this three times.
Most importantly, remember this:
it is the darkness of the night sky that allows the stars to shine.
You can bring peace back within.
You can restore calm.
You can release what creates these cycles.
