It can be difficult to decide what to make for dinner, as many recipes that promise to be ‘quick and easy’ are overcomplicated with a long list of ingredients. Anything by celebrity chefs can be tricky, as it often requires hours of dedicated time in the kitchen, and a huge ingredient list full of fancy products that often cost far too much.

However, Mary Berry’s ‘Foolproof Dinners’ cookbook actually delivers what it promises. The recipes are simple and tasty, and come together quickly - especially this honey mustard chicken tray bake.

Many of the ingredients are kitchen cupboard staples, so it won’t break the bank and it only takes ten minutes of prep time. The chicken will be crispy and the potatoes will be a gorgeous golden brown.

This simple, tasty traybake is sure to become a staple in your home, because it comes together so easily. There’s not many dishes to do afterwards, and if you’re a regular home cook then you probably already have most of the ingredients in your cupboards.

Four chicken legs

750g of new potatoes

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Two tablespoons of grainy mustard

Two tablespoons of tomato ketchup

One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

One garlic clove

One tablespoon of honey
